Getting Started

I must say that there are several things to get a thing started. And I have learned more when I read an article from Jillian Michaels and a book written by Robert Kiyosaki. I would like to share these thoughts with you.

These thoughts were not merely drawn by the mind but was carefully studied. Getting things started needs motivation. We can change our life by changing our mind.
Nothing is impossible for the willing mind! We all have the power to gain control of our lives, reach our goals, and live our dreams. The challenge is locating, nurturing, and believing in your ability to do so.

The first thing we need to understand is how our emotions and our behaviors affect our life, the decisions we make and the moves we take. We need to commit all our mental resources toward change. Learn how to take control of negative self-image and poor self-esteem through journaling, positive affirmations, visualization, and behavior-modification techniques. It's also important to build a support system and communicate with our family and friends so they know what we need and how best to support us. Identifying temptations in our life can modify our daily routine and behavior.
